Child Rights and You (CRY) is an Indian non-governmental organization (NGO) that works towards ensuring children's rights. The organization was started in by Rippan Kapur, an Air India purser. CRY works with local NGOs across 19 states in India and has impacted the lives of over million children. [1].

Rippan Kapur’s mother and father both migrated from Lahore (now in Pakistan) to New Delhi in the wake of the partition of British India in Rippan, along with his twin brother Vippan, was born in in the national capital.The organization was started in 1979 by Rippan Kapur, an Air India purser.
